The Chicago Blackhawks have been out of the playoffs for nearly a month, but that doesn’t mean they’ve just been sitting around waiting for the summer. General manager Stan Bowman has already been active in attempts to make his team better for next season. He recently signed three European players, most notably Czech Republic defenseman Michal Kempny.
